School Director (64217)

Lead local team of instructors and staff while managing student admissions, lead calls, and recruitment to students and company customers. Schedule instructors, students, trucks, and CDL tests daily, weekly, and monthly. Handle outreach to students and funding agencies, manage attendance, testing, grading, and student files, and process invoices for tuition and fees. Oversee profitable financial management, cash flow, and revenue while monitoring CDL program quality. Ensure safety and welfare of employees and students, maintain an honest work environment, coordinate equipment maintenance, and assist with student job placement. This full-time role includes comprehensive benefits and reports to the Regional Manager and President.
