Job Summary
Custodian role at St Gregory the Great Catholic School focused on maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized school environment. Responsibilities include daily cleaning of classrooms, offices, kitchens, hallways, and carpeted areas; disinfecting and restocking bathrooms; trash removal; routine deep cleaning; setup/breakdown for meetings and events; disinfecting high-touch surfaces; maintaining exterior areas; adhering to Catholic School policies and Archdiocese requirements; and coordinating with faculty for a positive work environment. Requires ability to work independently and with others, lift/carry equipment, and work nights/weekends; background screening and Safe Environment clearance are required. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; custodial or building maintenance experience is a plus. Must have reliable transportation and pass required background checks.
