Job Summary
Clean and maintain assigned areas including classrooms, hallways, restrooms, and offices by sweeping, mopping floors, emptying trash, and separating recycling. Follow chemical safety procedures, polish hard surfaces, and move furniture or equipment as needed. Notify managers of building repairs and maintain communication with supervisors and clients. Perform seasonal tasks such as raking leaves, cutting grass, or removing snow. Comply with all safety, security, and regulatory standards. Work Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with at least three weekends notified in advance. ABM provides on-the-job training for candidates with limited experience.
Required Qualifications
