Job Summary
School Crossing Patrol Officer responsible for helping children and the community safely cross roads at designated times, primarily 08:20–09:15 and 14:50–15:25, at Saline Primary School. The role requires daily presence at the patrol point in all weather, with potential short-notice attendance for unscheduled school closures. Training in safe crossing procedures is provided, and PVG scheme membership and induction training are part of pre-employment requirements. The post is permanent, part-time, term-time with 38 weeks per year and annualised salary based on pro-rata pay.
