School Crossing Patrol Officer

School Crossing Patrol Officer needed at Touch Primary School. You will help children and the community cross the road safely at designated points, primarily during school start and finish times. Role requires attendance at patrol point daily in all weather conditions and at short notice for unscheduled school closures. Hours are mainly 08:20–09:15 and 14:50–15:25. Training in safe crossing procedures is provided, and PVG scheme membership is required prior to appointment. A Supporting Statement (not a CV) is required as part of the application. The post is permanent, part-time (38 weeks per year) with a pro-rata salary of £25,604.23 and benefits including uniform, health surveillance, and training opportunities.
