Job Summary
Provide individual and small group counseling to meet IEP mandates and support the social-emotional development of the whole school; coordinate with teachers and related service providers; maintain documentation for IEPs, FBAs, and BIPs; serve as McKinney-Vento and CFSA liaison; participate in SST and attendance initiatives; conduct home visits and coordinate referrals; plan and deliver family workshops and professional development on social-emotional learning and trauma-informed practices; collaborate with families, school staff, and outside agencies to ensure seamless service delivery for students.
Required Qualifications
- Masters Degree required
- LGSW required
- Experience as school counselor or social worker in school-based settings preferred
- Montessori experience preferred
