Job Summary
Develop and implement comprehensive transition plans integrating clinical, care coordination, academic, and family supports for students in the COMPASS program. Provide trauma-informed individual and group therapy, social-emotional learning curriculum, and crisis intervention to support student re-engagement in school. Lead care coordination by collaborating with school staff, caregivers, external agencies, and community partners to ensure continuity of services. Monitor student progress, analyze data to drive intervention plans, and maintain confidential records while participating in ongoing professional development and program improvement activities.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts license in one or more of the following fields: School Counselor, School Social Worker/Adjustment Counselor, or School Psychologist
- Master's Degree in psychology, social work, school counseling, clinical counseling, or a closely related field
- Previous experience working in a school setting
Desired Qualifications
- Preference will be given to candidates who are dually certified or who have community mental health licensure (LMHC, LCSW, or LICSW)
- Additional content area license
- Bilingual - Primary languages spoken in the community are: English, Spanish, Arabic, and French
