School Counselor

Develop and implement a school guidance program focused on physical, social, intellectual, and academic growth. Conduct group sessions addressing academic achievement, career planning, and social-emotional development while reviewing student data and assessments. Deliver a sequential curriculum covering academic, career, and character development, and meet annually with secondary students to create individualized career and educational plans. Collaborate with faculty, parents, and administrators to advocate for equal access and coordinate programs like career fairs and scholarship initiatives. Monitor student progress toward graduation and prepare learners for transitions between school levels.
