Job Summary
School Counselor leads family engagement, social-emotional learning, and coordination of mental health and counseling supports for scholars. Responsible for data maintenance and analysis to drive campus strategies, leading campus PD, managing persistence data with PEIMS collaboration, planning family engagement events, coordinating interventions for at-risk students, administering parent and student surveys, ensuring data accuracy, and partnering with enrollment and community resources. Requires a MasterF9s degree in School Counseling and TX School Counselor certification or equivalent licensure; role offers a salary range (~$68,886-$79,908) and a comprehensive benefits package, with potential relocation allowance if applicable. Required Qualifications
- Education: Masterfs degree in School Counseling, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field required
- Experience (preferred): Previous experience in a school or school setting
- License or Certification: Valid TX School Counselor certification or counseling/social work licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LCSW-S, LPC-A, LPC, LMFT-A, LMFT) required
