Job Summary
Guidance Counselor position in the Fairless Local School District. Responsibilities include facilitating planning, delivery, and ongoing improvement of guidance services; coordinating scheduling and testing programs; assisting with enrollment procedures; providing information to students and parents about programs, graduation requirements, and career options; promoting student development and self-reliance; collaborating with staff to support inclusive learning, address student concerns, and monitor progress. Requires a valid state department of education license/certificate and the ability to work within a public-school setting. Travel and additional duties may include coordinating with community resources and maintaining career information materials.
Required Qualifications
