Secondary School Counselor needed in Sterling Heights, MI to serve as a liaison among students, peers, parents, and the community. Provide academic scheduling guidance and support; advise and counsel students on short-term and long-term academic planning as well as social-emotional issues. Support student career and college readiness; assist with building assessment planning, preparation, and implementation. Other duties as assigned. Requires Secondary School Counselor Credentials and endorsement (NT); successful experience with secondary students and strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to promote student success.
