Job Summary
Lead implementation of the Full-Service Community Schools initiative at the assigned school site, aligning with comprehensive program plans, MTSS frameworks, and federal grant requirements. Facilitate the school-level advisory board to engage stakeholders in identifying needs and monitoring progress. Coordinate and deliver integrated academic, behavioral, social-emotional, and health supports through direct services, navigation, mentoring, and referrals. Manage extended learning opportunities, including after-school and summer programming, alongside structured postsecondary readiness services like college advising and FAFSA completion. Deliver family engagement programming to equip families with resources and leadership skills. Use Early Warning indicators and data sources to identify priority students, implement interventions, and adjust supports as needed. Maintain accurate documentation of services and outcomes in compliance with federal reporting requirements. Support reporting, evaluation, and continuous improvement activities by analyzing implementation data. This year-round, onsite role requires Monday through Friday attendance during regular business hours, with occasional early morning, evening, or weekend work for events and training.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3 years of experience in education, community engagement or related field
- Experience in human services
- Experience coordinating multifaceted programs
- Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with rural schools and rural communities
- Familiarity with the community school model
- Experience working in rural schools or communities
- Understanding of first generation, low-income youth and families
- A desire to develop innovative approaches to meet outcomes
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and to meet deadlines and expectations
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- A commitment to students from diverse economic, social and cultural backgrounds
- Computer skills including data processing and financial spreadsheets
- Microsoft Office

- Access to reliable transportation
- Successfully complete pre-employment background check
- Ability to work in a high energy office
- Ability to accurately communicate and exchange information with partners, stakeholders, and/or meeting participants
- Ability to operate standard office equipment and computer software programs
- Ability to travel to meetings off-site
- Regular, reliable onsite attendance
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm ET
- This is a 12-month, year-round position
- Infrequent travel may be required to support business and program operations, including meetings, trainings, conferences, and other organizational events
- Travel may be local, regional, or national and may include occasional overnight stays, depending on business needs
