Job Summary
Welcome all guests, reinforce security policies, and maintain the school commons while coordinating visitor schedules and managing supply inventories. Manage PowerSchool data, file transcripts, and update the ImBlaze database to ensure accurate attendance and project tracking. Create themed displays, coordinate internship events, and organize parent nights to connect students with opportunities. Serve as the communication hub between staff, the transportation office, and the principal, distributing mail and making weekly mentor calls. Assist the principal by managing calendars and reviewing priorities, while planning school events and creating awards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of post-secondary education completed or currently in progress
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Strong organizational skills
- Competent in Microsoft Office and Google Docs (including spreadsheets)
- Growth mindset with new technologies
- Respond promptly and professionally via email
- Passion for education and working with high school-aged youth
- Friendly and approachable
- Able to multitask and manage and prioritize projects and responsibilities
