Job Summary
The School Coordinator will serve as the primary liaison between our behavioral health organization and partnered schools, ensuring staff meet school expectations, addressing student behavioral health needs, promoting organizational programs, managing referrals, and leading recruitment for summer programming. Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with school administrators, monitoring staff performance, facilitating student referrals, marketing services and summer programs within schools, coordinating summer programming logistics, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Masters preferred) – Education, Social work, Psychology, or related field
- Experience working in school settings or with behavioral health programs
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to travel to different schools (not remote)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to meet agency requirements for driving insurability
- Preferred: Marketing and outreach experience
- Preferred: Program coordination and event planning skills
- Preferred: Familiarity with school systems and educational policies.
- Unrestricted State of Ohio driver’s license
