Job Summary
Develops and implements an effective behavioral intervention and safety plan for students in an autistic support/behavioral health-focused school setting. Works with teachers, counselors, and administration to monitor student behavior, reinforce positive conduct, and implement evidence-based interventions within a multi-tier system of supports. Participates in IEP meetings and staff trainings, provides crisis-management and conflict-resolution support, and communicates with parents/guardians regarding student actions and outcomes. Requires strong leadership, excellent communication, collaboration across teams, and knowledge of behavioral programs, safety procedures, and trauma-informed approaches to support student success.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Master’s degree preferred
