School Climate Coach

Manage crisis situations and defuse conflicts using conflict resolution and crisis management techniques while working one-on-one with students to affect behavior changes. Reinforce appropriate behaviors, redirect negative behaviors, and implement consequences for inappropriate actions within a multi-tier system of supports. Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and staff to establish positive student contacts, monitor physical and emotional changes, and ensure consistency of behavioral standards. Assist in developing comprehensive behavioral objectives, attend IEP meetings, and oversee recreational activities to maintain a controlled and safe environment.
