Job Summary
Provide general clerical support at Gwinnett County Public Schools and, when needed, function as the receptionist and/or registrar for the local school by performing general financial and accounting duties. Execute general clerical tasks including preparing and transcribing reports, forms, memos, and letters; processing work orders and purchase orders; organizing and maintaining files (including student enrollment and confidential materials); routing correspondence; using telecommunication equipment; handling information requests; operating or referring for maintenance of routine office machinery; processing student enrollment or withdrawal and student personnel files; maintaining student records; assisting with switchboard functions; maintaining knowledge of school policies and events; communicating in a courteous, efficient manner; and assisting with new projects at the local school.
