Job Summary
Clean classrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas by sweeping, dust mopping, damp mopping, and vacuuming assigned spaces. Empty trash and recycling containers, dust furniture and fixtures, and sanitize restrooms while restocking supplies. Maintain cafeterias, breakrooms, and shared spaces following established procedures and quality standards. Secure assigned areas at shift conclusion and report maintenance concerns or supply needs to management. This evening shift runs Monday through Friday from 6:00 PM to midnight with weekends off. Candidates must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and pass a criminal background check.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical cleaning duties throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check required for the facility
- Reliable transportation and the ability to consistently report to work
Desired Qualifications
- Previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent attendance and reliability
