Job Summary
Transport students to and from school sites and special events safely and efficiently. Operate buses during split shifts, departing approximately 6:00 a.m. and returning by 9:00 a.m., then departing again at 1:30 p.m. and returning around 4:30 p.m. Maintain a clean driving record and demonstrate compassion, respect, responsibility, self-discipline, and honesty while working an average of five hours daily. Complete required DOT physicals and drug screenings. No prior experience needed; paid training provided to obtain necessary Class B CDL endorsements.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Minnesota license with clean driving record
- Successful completion of DOT physical exam
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a pre employment drug & alcohol screen
- Skills and aptitude to operate a bus safely
- Reliability and punctuality
- Class B CDL with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements
