Job Summary
Safely operate assigned school bus routes and provide excellent customer service to passengers, including children and individuals with disabilities. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain accurate passenger counts and mileage records, and communicate route changes to dispatch. Must be able to write reports and adhere to traffic laws. CDL training is provided. Minimum qualifications include a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, basic mechanical understanding, and strong English communication and customer service skills. Prior school bus driving experience is preferred but not required. Background checks are required.
