Job Summary
Operate a School Bus or Van on designated routes to transport students or clients, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, attend monthly safety meetings, and transport passengers on field trips or charter runs as needed. Must have/obtain State-Required CDL with Passenger and School Bus Endorsements (CDL training provided for qualified applicants) or State-Required Driver's License for non-CDL Van Driver positions; pass required background checks and health screenings; able to work 25-30 hours per week on a Monday-Friday schedule; on-site in Gibsonia, PA; high school diploma or equivalent required; maintain safe driving record and comply with company policies.
Required Qualifications
- State-Required Commercial Driver’s License with Passenger and School Bus Endorsements (For School Bus Driver positions)
- State-Required Driver's License (For Non-CDL Van Driver positions)
- Ability to pass Federal/State background checks
- Current Driver Physical Examination
- TB Test
- Pre-employment drug testing
- PA Child Abuse History Certification
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of personal driving experience (for age 21+)
- Clean driving history
- CDL training provided for qualified applicants
