Job Summary
Assist students safely onto and off the bus, monitor seating and safety rules, and communicate with the driver to ensure a calm, safe ride. Provide care and encouragement to students, including support for children with special needs during transport, and help maintain a welcoming, secure bus environment. No experience required—training is provided, including safety and CPR/First Aid as preferred. This part-time role offers split AM/PM routes with weekday schedules and opportunities for career advancement across locations.
Required Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible split shifts (AM/PM)
- Physical ability to assist students and perform emergency procedures
