Job Summary
Assist the bus driver in providing a safe journey by helping students board and exit, ensuring they remain seated and follow safety rules, and communicating to maintain a calm ride. Provide care and encouragement to students, including those with special needs, while performing emergency procedures and adhering to split shift schedules on weekdays only. This role requires a minimum age of 21, strong communication skills, and physical ability to support children, with CPR/First Aid certification preferred. Required Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible split shifts (AM/PM)

- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
