Job Summary
Conduct safe transportation of students to and from school while performing pre/post-trip vehicle inspections. Ensure student safety during boarding and exiting, and maintain bus cleanliness and fuel levels. Operate within the Ottawa West region during split shifts of 4-5 hours daily, Monday through Friday, between 6:30am-9:30am and 1:30pm-5pm. Complete pre-hire driving skills and radio communication assessments. Join the Voyago Student Transportation team as part of Transdev, supporting sustainable mobility solutions and innovation in local transit.
Required Qualifications
- Safety focused
- Valid minimum full Ontario G class drivers license
- Preference will be given to B class drivers
- 21 years of age or over
- Clean driving record and criminal record search with vulnerable sector screening
- Sound knowledge of the Ottawa West region and surrounding areas
- Ability to work independently
- Available for the required split shifts of 4-5 hours total, that could run: Monday - Friday between 6:30am - 9:30am and 1:30pm - 5pm
- Solid communication skills
- Pass pre-hire driving skills and radio communication assessment
