Job Summary
Drive school buses and vans for Krise Transportation, ensuring the safety and timely arrival of students across various routes. Maintain a satisfactory driving history and pass required physicals, tuberculosis testing, and drug and alcohol screenings. Operate vehicles with a Commercial Driver License including Passenger, School Bus, and Air Brake Endorsements, adhering to strict safety and attendance standards. Work flexible schedules covering nights, weekends, holidays, and summers.
Required Qualifications
- Commercial Driver License (CDL) with Passenger, School Bus and Air Brake Endorsements
- Satisfactory driving history based on review of state motor vehicle records
- Satisfactory criminal history and child abuse history checks as required by law and the Pennsylvania Department of Education
- Ability to take and pass an initial and routine annual school bus driver physical and have tuberculosis testing as required by the Pennsylvania Department of Education
- Ability to participate in and pass pre-employment drug and alcohol test
- Ability to participate in random drug and alcohol testing programs throughout employment
