Job Summary
Part-time School Bus Driver Trainee duties include safely transporting children to and from school, performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, and taking advantage of company-provided training. The role offers 20-30 hours per week, home every night, weekend and holiday breaks, and benefits including a 401k with company match, paid holidays, annual pay raises, longevity bonuses, and employee referral bonuses. Qualifications include being 21+ years old, holding a valid Connecticut driver’s license, having at least 3 years of driving experience, and passing a background check and a drug test.
