School Bus Driver

Job Summary
As a School Bus Driver you will drive a split shift of roughly 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon during the school year, with time off in July and August. Requires a valid driver’s license (S-endorsement preferred), strong navigation and communication skills, and a safe driving record to transport students to school safely. Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test and a clear criminal background check (VSS). Minimum 5 years of driving experience and wheelchair experience are valued; duties emphasize reliability, punctuality, and customer service. Training and opportunities for growth are available, with the role offering home parking and a stable schedule Monday to Friday, including evenings, weekends, school holidays, and summers off. Hours are approximately 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon, with time off during the summer break.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- S-endorsement is preferred
- Wheelchair experience will be considered an asset
- Clear criminal background check with VSS search
- Clear driver’s abstract
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
