Job Summary
School Bus Driver responsible for driving students to and from school with a Monday to Friday schedule. The role involves approx. 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon, driving during the school year with time off in July and August. Requires a valid driver’s license (S-endorsement preferred), clean driving record, ability to pass drug/alcohol test, and strong communication and navigation skills. Training is provided, and the position offers work-life balance, home parking, and opportunities for professional development within a supportive team.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- S-endorsement preferred
- Wheelchair experience preferred
- Criminal background check with VSS search
- Clear driver’s abstract
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol test
- Minimum 5 years of driving experience
- Safe driving record
- Organized, punctual and reliable
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Navigation skills
