Job Summary
Drives morning and afternoon routes as a regular or spare driver; opportunities for extra work such as middays, charters and activity trips. Reads and understands street signs, route sheets and maps; completes pre-trip and post-trip inspections including child checks; assists students in loading/unloading; communicates with school personnel, parents and students; attends safety/training meetings; conducts emergency evacuation from the bus; operates service doors and moves between seats; cleans interior/exterior of bus; maintains fuel and DEF levels; performs other contract-required functions; benefits include 401k with company match, paid training to obtain CDL, and bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a current valid driver's license for a minimum of 3 years
- Must be at minimum 21 years of age
- All driver applicants must pass a background check, DOT physical and drug test
