Job Summary
Safely operate assigned vehicles while conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections and reporting issues promptly. Maintain routes and schedules with professionalism and punctuality, creating a safe, positive environment for students. Ensure passenger safety by following company policies and regulatory requirements. Work split shifts with guaranteed daily hours and access to modern, air-conditioned buses equipped with Zūm technology. Obtain a CDL with P and S endorsements if certified, or receive provided training to meet state and federal requirements.
Required Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Valid CDL with P and S endorsements and any state-required certifications
- Valid driver's license with 3+ years of driving experience
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
- Ability to work split shifts
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for working with children
