Job Summary
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, safely operate assigned vehicles, and maintain routes with punctuality. Create a safe, positive environment for students while ensuring passenger safety and following company policies and regulatory requirements. Work split shifts to drive with Zūm, a team reimagining the future of student transportation using our technology platform.
Required Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Valid CDL with P and S endorsements and any state-required certifications
- Valid driver's license with 3+ years of driving experience
- Willing to obtain a CDL and meet state and federal requirements
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
- Ability to work split shifts
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for working with children
