Job Summary
Drive assigned vehicles safely while conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections and reporting issues promptly. Maintain routes and schedules with professionalism and punctuality, creating a safe, positive environment for students using Zūm's technology platform. Work split shifts with guaranteed daily hours, supported by CDL training for non-certified drivers and a mission-driven team environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Valid CDL with P and S endorsements and any state-required certifications
- Valid driver's license with 3+ years of driving experience
- Willing to obtain a CDL and meet state and federal requirements
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
- Ability to work split shifts
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for working with children
