Job Summary
Safely operate assigned vehicles while conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections and reporting issues promptly. Maintain routes and schedules with professionalism and punctuality, creating a safe, positive environment for students. Ensure passenger safety by following company policies and regulatory requirements. Work split shifts with guaranteed daily hours and obtain CDL training if needed. Drive modern, safe, air-conditioned buses equipped with Zūm technology to help students reach school reliably.
Required Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Valid CDL with P and S endorsements and any state-required certifications
- Valid driver's license with 3+ years of driving experience
- Willing to obtain a CDL and meet state and federal requirements
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
- Ability to work split shifts
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for working with children
