Job Summary
Safely operate assigned vehicles while conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections and reporting issues promptly. Maintain routes and schedules with professionalism and punctuality, ensuring a safe, positive environment for students. Work split shifts to deliver reliable transportation using Zūm's technology platform. Candidates must meet age and licensing requirements, possess a clean driving record, and pass background checks. Zūm provides CDL training for non-certified drivers and offers modern, air-conditioned buses.
Required Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Valid CDL with P and S endorsements and any state-required certifications
- Valid driver's license with 3+ years of driving experience
- Willing to obtain a CDL and meet state and federal requirements
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
- Ability to work split shifts
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for working with children
