Job Summary
Drive assigned Zūm vehicles safely while conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections and reporting issues promptly. Maintain routes and schedules with professionalism, ensuring a secure environment for students during daily transportation. Operate under split shifts with guaranteed daily hours and work nights, weekends, holidays, and summers off. Obtain required CDL endorsements or utilize provided training to meet state and federal requirements. Required Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Valid CDL with P and S endorsements and any state-required certifications
- Valid driver's license with 3+ years of driving experience
- Willing to obtain a CDL and meet state and federal requirements
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
- Ability to work split shifts
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for working with children
