Job Summary
Safely operate assigned vehicles while conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections and reporting issues promptly. Maintain routes and schedules with professionalism and punctuality to ensure passenger safety in a positive environment. Work split shifts with guaranteed daily hours and earn competitive compensation. The role offers CDL training for non-certified drivers, access to modern technology-equipped buses, and nights, weekends, holidays, and summers off.
Required Qualifications
- At least 25 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Valid CDL with P and S endorsements and any state-required certifications
- Valid driver's license with 5+ years of driving experience
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
- Ability to work split shifts
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for working with children
