Operate assigned school buses safely while conducting thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and promptly reporting any issues. Maintain and follow routes and schedules with professionalism and punctuality, creating a safe, positive environment by managing student behavior and ensuring all passengers' safety. Work split shifts (AM/PM) daily with guaranteed hours, earning a competitive wage. Valid CDL with P and S endorsements required for certified drivers; non-certified drivers receive provided training. Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 21 years
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Valid CDL with P and S endorsements + additional certifications required by your state for legal school bus operation
- Valid driver's license with 3+ years experience
- Willing to obtain and able to meet all state and federal requirements for CDL (training provided)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
- Ability to work split shifts (AM/PM) daily
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for working with children
