Job Summary
The Bus Driver safely transports students to and from school and on field trips, building positive relationships with students and the community. Responsibilities include conducting daily safety inspections, enforcing bus stop safety, maintaining cleanliness, following state and district transportation procedures, cooperating with administrators and transport staff, and completing required paperwork and reports. The role requires strong communication skills, reliability, time-management, and the ability to uphold district PBIS programs and policies while promoting safe and orderly student transportation.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma is required.
- Valid certificate / license as issued by the Ohio Department of Education.
- Experience with CDL transportation recommended.
