Job Summary
As a part-time School Bus Driver for First Student, you will safely transport students to and from school and activities, supervise boarding/unloading, assist with seatbelts and mobility aids, and conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections. The role includes opportunities for additional hours on field trips and special events, with a focus on safety, leadership, and customer service. Training is provided to help you obtain and maintain required licenses (CLP/CDL) and you’ll be part of a supportive team across locations. Benefits include health insurance options, retirement plan with company match, EAP, and a sign-on bonus; minimum daily hours are guaranteed at 4 hours, with a split AM/PM schedule, weekdays only.
