School Bus Driver

Job Summary
As a Part-Time School Bus Driver, you will safely transport students to and from school and activities, supervise boarding/unloading, and assist students with seatbelts and mobility aids. You’ll perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, communicate with parents and school staff about delays or behavior, and help maintain a safe, welcoming bus environment. Training is provided to obtain or upgrade a CDL/Class B license, with a flexible AM/PM schedule and opportunities for advancement across locations. The role emphasizes safety, leadership, customer service, and community impact, with benefits and a guaranteed minimum number of hours per day.
Required Qualifications
- At least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years
- Experience with bus/vehicle operation is not required
- DOT drug testing is required for safety-sensitive employees
- Commercial Learner’s Permit (CLP) and Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) training provided
- Ability to pass background check and safety screenings
