Job Summary
Transport students to and from school and activities, including supervising boarding and unloading at stops, and assisting students with seatbelts and mobility aids. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, report mechanical issues, and maintain a clean, safe bus. Communicate with parents, school staff, and dispatch about delays or behavior. Join a flexible part-time schedule with AM/PM routes and no nights, weekends, or summers required. Training provided for CDL/CLP; benefits include insurance options, 401(k) with match, attendance bonuses, and advancement opportunities across locations.
Required Qualifications
- At least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years
- Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) training provided
- Commercial Learner’s Permit (CLP) training provided
- DOT drug testing as a safety-sensitive employee
- Able to pass DOT drug testing per 49 CFR Part 40
- Driver must meet state and company safety standards
