Operate assigned school buses safely while adhering to all company policies and regulatory requirements, conducting thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections and promptly reporting any issues. Maintain routes and schedules with professionalism and punctuality, creating a safe, positive environment by managing student behavior and ensuring passenger safety. You must have a clean driving record, pass background checks and drug screenings, and possess excellent communication skills and a passion for working with children. The role requires working split shifts (AM/PM) daily and obtaining a CDL with P and S endorsements if not already certified, with training provided for non-certified drivers.
