Job Summary
Operate assigned school buses safely while adhering to all company policies and regulatory requirements. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, promptly reporting any issues. Maintain routes and schedules with professionalism and punctuality, managing student behavior to ensure a safe, positive environment. Minimum age of 21 with a valid CDL and P/S endorsements required, or willingness to obtain certification with training provided. Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks and drug screenings are mandatory. Ability to work split shifts daily. Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 21 years
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid CDL with P and S endorsements + additional certifications required by your state for legal school bus operation
- Valid driver's license with 3+ years experience
- Willingness to obtain CDL (training provided for non-certified)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
- Ability to work split shifts (AM/PM) daily
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for working with children
