Job Summary
Safely operate assigned vehicles while conducting thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections and reporting any issues. Maintain routes and schedules with professionalism, manage student behavior to ensure passenger safety, and follow all company policies and regulatory requirements. Work split shifts daily with guaranteed hours. Earn competitive compensation with medical, dental, vision, and 401K benefits. CDL training is provided for non-certified drivers. Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 21 years
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid CDL with P and S endorsements + additional certifications required by your state for legal school bus operation
- Valid driver's license with 3+ years experience
- Willingness to obtain CDL (training provided for non-certified)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
- Ability to work split shifts (AM/PM) daily
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for working with children
