Job Summary
Safely operate assigned vehicles while conducting thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections and reporting any issues. Maintain routes and schedules with professionalism and punctuality, creating a safe environment by managing student behavior. Ensure all passengers adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements. Hold a valid CDL with P and S endorsements or a driver's license with three years experience, with training provided for non-certified candidates. Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 21 years
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid CDL with P and S endorsements
- Additional certifications required by your state for legal school bus operation
- Valid driver's license
- 3+ years experience
- Willingness to obtain CDL
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass background checks
- Ability to pass drug screenings
- Ability to work split shifts (AM/PM) daily
