Assist students with boarding and exiting the bus safely, monitor behavior during transit, and support those with special needs including operating wheelchair lifts. Execute emergency evacuations and safety procedures while communicating effectively with drivers, parents, and school staff. Maintain order and ensure student safety as a safety-sensitive position requiring a valid driver's license, work authorization, and ability to pass background checks.
