Job Summary
Lead assigned groups of campers ages 3–12 through engaging STEM activities that inspire curiosity and enthusiasm. Mentor and develop teaching staff, ensuring they grasp activity purposes and implement safety protocols to create a fun environment. Build nurturing relationships with campers and their families while efficiently managing essential resources, materials, and daily schedules. Maintain accurate administrative records to ensure smooth operations and compliance. This role supports educators during School Break Day Camps on select dates throughout the year. Candidates must have experience coaching teams of 4+ teachers and at least 4 years teaching children ages 3–13, preferably in STEM. Compensation ranges from $200 to $210/day with extended care pay available.
