Job Summary

Execute Board Certified Autism Technician (BCAT) responsibilities by providing one-on-one and group behavior support for students with neurodevelopmental differences in school settings. Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs aligned with student IEPs, while collecting data on progress and completing timely documentation. Collaborate with educators to integrate behavioral strategies into classroom routines and support student development in communication, social skills, and self-regulation. Follow school safety protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting, and travel between assigned work sites as needed. Maintain availability Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:45 PM, with a minimum of four paid hours per day. Obtain required safety training and certification within 30 days of hire.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Board Certified Autism Technician (BCAT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential
  • Assigned safety training certification
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel between work locations
  • First aid/CPR certification or ability to obtain
  • Tuberculosis (TB) clearance
  • Completion of a post-offer background check
  • Completion of a motor vehicle report review
