Job Summary
School-Based role providing 1:1 and group behavior support in schools for students with autism and neurodevelopmental differences. Implement BCAT-aligned behavior analytic services, individualized BIPs and skill acquisition programs aligned with IEP goals, collaborate with school teams, support communication, social skills, self-regulation and self-care, collect data and documentation, participate in classroom observations and school trainings, follow safety and crisis protocols, and travel between assigned work sites within the designated service area. Requires BCAT or RBT credential within 30 days if district requires it, safety training, and availability on a Monday–Friday schedule with hours from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with paid hours minimum when assigned. Base pay range is $20.57 to $27.60 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Board Certified Autism Technician (BCAT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential within 30 days where required by the district
- Assigned safety training certification within 30 days of employment
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between work locations
- First aid/CPR certification or ability to obtain
- Tuberculosis (TB) clearance
