Job Summary
Key responsibilities include embracing Reece values, delivering customer service, completing all requirements of the Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations, processing sales, stock management, answering the phone to take messages and orders, communicating with customers and staff, building product knowledge, providing follow-up to customers, and contributing to maintaining the branch at a high standard. The role is based in a Reece branch (Plumbing Rouse Hill, NSW) as part of a School–based Traineeship for Year 10 students, with on-the-job training and workbook completion to achieve the certificate. Training is in partnership with Murray Mallee Training Company Ltd; approximately 1.5 days per week with Saturday availability, and additional hours during school holidays. The program offers a pathway to professional growth within the Reece Group across branches, showrooms, or support centres in Australia and New Zealand.
Required Qualifications
- Year 10 student
- Interest in completing Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations
- Willingness to work one and a half days per week
- Saturday availability
- Willingness to engage in on-the-job training
